(which was the chapter's title!)} though it probably depends on you have active inner child & love mythology in modern days with lots of fun or not too. (my dad liked it too.)

But yes, it is one interesting fast-paced read, too fast paced for my comfort 🤦 that I had to put down the book for every fifteen minutes or so and remind myself to collect my thoughts or to just actually breathe normal. And the actor who plays grover (Aryan Simhadri) is EXACTLY how i saw grover, a bit awkward a nerd and kind.

It was all so sad, the intention was clearly there, but the spirit was definitely not. Hardly a match to the book. Lerman and Daddario may have been ok, at best; but Brosnan as Chiron was so laughable. And the ending so insulting to the series progression! Fighting Kronos? Really??? Like they couldn’t wait to throw the biggest final antagonist of the series right at the beginning. And inexperienced newcomer Percy winning so easily, against the most dreadfully powerful god ever. Give me a break! Sadly, Not Recommendable. Many points to Sean Bean for not dying though! I was about to unwrap my sandwich when Nancy Bobofit appeared in front of me with her ugly friends – I guess she’d gotten tired of stealing from the tourists – and dumped her half-eaten lunch in Grover’s lap.
