One of the bigger lifestyle changes – the permanent loss of bowel control can be hard to achieve. If you are new to ABDL you may wonder if it’s possible at all. It is possible! With some muscle training, behavior conditioning and hypnosis, anything is possible. This includes losing control of your muscles to the point that you wet and mess your diaper without even noticing. Everyone is different!Of course, a more typical hypnosis experience for an ABDL doesn't involve a live hypnotist, but a prerecorded mp3 file or CD. This experience will be hindered because the file won't be able to adjust to the subject's ability to be hypnotized. (Another reason why live hypnotists might get better results on average is that subjects who are unconvinced of the power of hypnosis will be less likely to pay for it.) Practice loosening your bowel muscles when you are not in the bathroom. This re-trains your body to be ok with letting go in other settings. What that thing is varies from person to person. However everyone has a basic right to enjoy their life and have hobbies. You have a right to enjoy your ABDL lifestyle. As long as you are not hurting anyone, there is nothing wrong with finding comfort in diapers or regression. Looking for comfort and relaxation is part of being human. That’s nothing to be ashamed about! Everyone has parts of themselves outside of social rules. Often there is a sense that you have found something again that you have forgotten about. You re-discover a part of yourself that used to exist when you get into a nostalgic mood. Everyone has some longing for the past and for childhood. In addition to training the mind and body to know when in diapers, the reflexes need to remain in place. Here hypnotic methods have one advantage - suggestions and affirmations can be reinforced when not wearing diapers. The first step in hypnosis the induction, placing the subject in a trance. A trance might be more similar to a deer caught in a car's headlights or being deeply 'into' a good movie than the zombie-like mind control shown in bad movies. The subject might not even know that he or she was in a trance. The hypnotists claim this state gives them direct access to hypnotized subject's subconscious. It might be more analogous to the placebo, which provides the doctor with plausible access to the body's inner workings. The most important thing with becoming so bowel incontinent that you mess your diaper, is changing your body’s automatic responses. You need to learn to relax your bowel muscles, when you have the urge to go. Hypnosis can condition you to change your automatic response. Instead of tightening your bowel muscles, you have the automatic instinct to give in and relax. You will go through a long phase of weakening Over time, as you do this more and your bowel muscles. A beach is a great place to wet your pants because no one will suspect a thing. Just lay down on your beach towel in your swimsuit and feel how you cannot hold it in anymore. You can just swim in the water to rinse off signs of your little accident. Everyone will assume the wet spot on your towel is from swimming. No one will guess that you are a pants wetter!
