We were warmly welcomed as soon as we entered, and within 20 minutes of being seated we were greeted by five members of staff, all asking if where are okay, what can they do for us and how our afternoon tea was. We had the privilege of exploring The Bath Priory‘s afternoon tea in December 2022, it was a fabulous experience with an impressive selection of teas alongside comfortable seating and flawless staff. They're based in convenient locations including supermarkets, newsagents and train stations. Plus they're often open late and on Sundays. First we scouted the wide selection of beverages, choosing a wild berry tea which went down a treat. You have the choice of tea, coffee or proseco. Sorting and placing the shapes helps develop hand to eye coordination and playing pretend inspires imagination.Carefully designed in the perfect size for little hands, the set includes a transparent teapot for swishing and pouring water, two small cups for sieving fun, a floating shape sorting tray and three delicious cake water squirters. Children can pretend they are serving yummy tea by filling up the tea pot with water and pouring it in the cups. Look at the shapes of the cups and cakes and try and fit them into the right places on the tray then watch it float in the bath.
