Q-Symphony uniquely allows TV and soundbar speakers to operate simultaneously for better surround effect without muting TV speakers. The actual build quality is also adequate with the stand feet adding a decent degree of stability, but the distance between the feet at either end of the panel will mean you need a wide mounting surface (974mm in the case of the 55-inch). Game is best for gaming, thanks to its low input lag, although its color was quite blue but that's less of an issue with games in my book compared to movies and TV. TV and movies: The Samsung delivered the second-best picture in the lineup overall, beating out the Sony and the Omni.

All of these tests were performed in a pitch-black room and then run again during the day with ambient light.
Beyond image quality the Q60B has a lot going for it, with step-up styling and an ultra-thin cabinet, a best-in-class remote and numerous extras for gamers like a cloud gaming hub(complete with Xbox Game Pass support) and an elaborate game status display. Based on the power usage when being viewed and in standby and the presence and effectiveness of power-saving features such as a light sensor or radio screen blanking. Note that you can, if you wish, sacrifice a little input lag, pushing it up to around 26ms, to get slightly better overall picture quality, by choosing the Faster or Fast rather than Fastest response time options. As with most LED LCD TVs at this level of the market, and edge-lit, the HDR performance is not the brightest available and edge lighting can introduce image issues given the way LCD technology works. The most accurate settings were Movie and Filmmaker mode for both HDR and SDR, and in terms of contrast, gamma/EOTF and color they were very similar.
Samsung may change/suspend/cease providing part or all voice assistant services at any time in its sole discretion without prior warning or notice. Tracking had a little too much blue creeping in as the image got brighter and red was between 2 and 4% low. Bright enough, in fact, to handle high dynamic range sources with genuine conviction – by which we mean that bright scenes, at least, actually look like genuine HDR rather than just like something that’s a bit better than SDR.
Next to that are thumbnails for Samsung's free TV service (which I don't care about) and below that a bunch of themed suggested shows and movies (ditto).
