About this deal

Take a large mixing bowl and pour in the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, mashed banana and sunflower oil. Whisk the bowl into a cookie dough like paste. Pour in your plant based milk of choice, I like to use oat or soya milk. Then whisk the bowl contents into a smooth batter.

Ok guys I’ve been making egg rolls for years and they usually consisted of pork, vegetables (sometimes mushrooms) and sauce rolled in filo pastry. SO GOOD! People who don’t season their food. So much so it is worth saying it twice. I’m also a messy cook, so I feel like people will have a pet hate of me when I cook for them. However it really feels rigid and robotic to tidy as you go. As much as it makes sense, and yes it’s great, I don’t want to multitask, let me cook!
