Cut a length of chain to double the desired chain drop and connect each end of the chain to the breakaway device. Ensure that the bottom of the chain is going to be no less than 600mm from the floor. Chain connector links to extend the length of barriers and cordons. Use with white (Code 55303) or white and red (Code 24520) Barrier Chains and Support Posts and Bases (Code 61612). This safety device should be used to eliminate the potential strangulation hazard created looped pull chain for Roller, Roman and Vertical Blinds. It is to be used with ballchains with a diameter of 4.5m. The Chain Breakaway Connector is made of two pieces which are fitted to an operating ball chain and pull apart when under pressure.
