The old man, who was repairing his lawn mower, and the old woman, ran after the Gingerbread Man, shouting and screaming. This way the book "comes to life' in an aspect and students can see how their imagination becomes real sometimes.

Each of the sections below starts with a traditional version of the story, and then adds in a second book (or two! Now, run, run, as fast you can…and prepare some fun gingerbread activities for the kiddos in your life as all of these activities are super skill builders for children at all levels of development!
I would highly recommend this lively and enjoyable story to anyone who is looking for a fun tale on pass on through the generations.
I love The Gingerbread Kid Goes to School because he hops out of the principal’s lunch and runs all through the school as people try to catch him.
