The two-way onboard speaker system is powerful enough for home use and also useful for small rehearsals and band practices. It does, however, have a nifty Table EQ feature to negate unwanted frequencies when using it on a table or other flat surface. Perhaps the difference is in the durability of components, but that's something you'll only find out over extended use. It also lets you establish preset voices so that you can easily switch back to your original settings anytime.

Over the years, Yamaha has made small changes to the action, but by and large, it has remained largely the same. On the whole, if you're looking for your first mid-range digital piano, the P125 would be perfect for you. Besides the same key action they use and same terrible foot switch, the P-125 is superior in almost every way to the P45. Although not as “real” as the YDP series keyboards, the P125 does a great job of looking and feeling like an actual acoustic piano.The P-125a is designed to mimic this property of grand pianos so that the resonance envelops you as you play. You can then choose which finance term you'd like to apply for, and change your deposit if you wish. Not only does it feel less authentic, but I really have trouble in terms of control and expressiveness with this action.
