Pours a slightly cloudy, dark amber coloration with a small, fluffy head. Smells vaguely of grainy, caramel malt and floral hops, with hints of dark fruit and red berries. Taste is a decent balance of grainy, caramel malt and floral, grassy hops, as well as hints of dark fruit and red berries also coming through, with notes of fig, plum and red currant, while there is a certain mineral note to this as well. Finishes with a medium bitterness and some grainy malt, floral hops and certain mineral note lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and medium/strong carbonation. Offshore Island deliveries will take longer than two days including Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands and Scilly Isles.A: Poured into a tulip pint glass. A deep coppery-brown hue with good clarity and plentiful carbonation. Forms an enormous head of creamy white foam that lasts for a few minutes before reducing to a persistent surface layer. Slight lacing.
