About this deal

Throughout the course of the book you'll be introduced to a range of characters, none of which you will be entirely certain about and your opinion will undoubtedly change time and time again. Things stay quiet for a while, but then Geri’s brother, Duncan, figures out that her death was not the result of an accident. An ordinary snapshot causes a mother’s world to unravel in this shocking thriller from the bestselling author and creator of the hit Netflix drama The Stranger . This one did seem a bit more complex than other Coben books with all the characters to remember and the separate plotlines as well, but it still flowed pretty well.

But the hints of other crimes Tempe’s identification uncovers, particularly crimes against children, spur her on to redouble her efforts despite the new M.I mean the subplots themselves weren’t boring or poorly done, I just feel that were not essential or make you really appreciate the book in a meaningful way. Still, the book managed to get across an important message to the reader, the idea that we can never really know everything about a person no matter how close our relationship may be.

The police department seemed totally useless in this book too, totally unwilling to help out in the early stages of the disappearance. Not necessarily…But then you realize that all of these books are doing more or less the exact same thing in more or less the same way. this had potential despite discrepancies and many unrealistic details but the end was such a major fail that I have to think seriously about wanting to read Coben ever again. Just One Look by Harlan Coben is a masterpiece of spellbinding, nerve wracking edginess, and heart pounding exhilaration that will leave you weak in the knees! They use the tragedy of this character to successfully make grace feel much deeper hey more interesting then she otherwise would have been if the book didn’t mention these things hey more interesting then she otherwise would’ve been if the book didn’t mention these things. Unlike the book just does a really good job of using that as a way to end the novel, because it makes the book even more emotionally memorable than it otherwise would have been.

The cover may have some limited signs of wear but the pages are clean, intact and the spine remains undamaged. My lovely looking hardback arrived and sat on the 'waiting to be read' shelf for a few weeks before I finally found the time to open the front cover.

Each of these titles can be enjoyed as a one-off thriller, rather than part of a series, so you don't have to worry about missing out on things from previous books.

For example, I've read numerous novels by Vince Flynn, Brad Thor, David Baldacci, Michael Connelly, Archer Mayor, Nelson DeMille, Stuart Margolin, John Saul. Whilst the main characters of Grace and Scott kept me turning the pages without perhaps engaging my emotions too much, there were some wonderful minor characters.

When Grace Lawson picks up a newly developed set of family photographs, there is a picture that doesn't belong-a photo from at least twenty years ago with a man in it who looks strikingly like her husband, Jack. Intriga y malos a tutiplén, una mujer que no se rinde para saber la verdad y un final que no vi venir pero muy bien resuelto. And how weird would it be to pick up a batch of developed pictures and find a strange photo mixed in with yours? Unlike other Harlan Coben novels where the protagonist was male, this book tried to spice things up by having a female protagonist instead.
