This is another book that is set SO close to an area I use to live which made me enjoy the story just a little extra haha. Neema is her best friend but it’s clear that even Neema is challenged by some of Orla’s path toward self-destruction. It is a story about resilience, particularly from women like Mary, and how actions can impact generations.
