The smell is not great. I understand that being more of a relief cream it is not going to be overly scented but it would probably be better being fragrance free than the slightly odd smell it does have. I have now just started using the special cream only available in the US for bad ezcema and although early days,it looks promising and after trying practically all the products recommended without any success,I am feeling more positive.
