Whist you can’t say the model is a perfect recreation of the house, it’s pretty close, the points of inaccuracy mostly occur with the arrangement of the interior – this was done to capture not important rooms of the house, which include: Will’s room, and the main living room. All the key details in Will’s room have been captured effectively, despite the confined space. The player pieces take inspiration from the show and 1980’s culture. And what better way is there to capture the essence of the 1980’s than with real estate? Overall, this is a great family and party game that any Stranger Things fan can enjoy. The series is undergoing lots of hype for the release of the Cyberpunk 2077 video game, due to be released next year. Dungeons and Dragons (D&D) has been an integral aspect of each season of Stranger Things. Now you can embark on your own Stranger Things D&D adventure! Stranger Things fans, this one is for you! There is not a single doubt just to how successful the original Netflix series has become over the years and how with each season the fandom grows even bigger! The show's 4th season has recently come to a close on the streaming service with many fans desperately wanting more. With relatable, loveable characters, catchy phrases and storylines enriched with huge quantities of Dungeons & Dragons lore, it's rather hard resist.
We begin by launching straight into a retro 1980's RPG. One bursting with high-tech weapons and city-street action! The dark future roll-playing game was initially released as Cyberpunk in 1988. Now, it is mainly referred to by its second edition title, Cyberpunk 2020. Crafted by Mike Pondsmith, the story has led to the creation of numerous adventure books. Hard City is built on 80’s aesthetic and bright colours, being heavily inspired the decade's action movies. Hard City has all the suspenseful fights and evil mutants a Stranger Things fan could wish for! There is plenty of anticipation and high expectations for this upcoming game. Eldritch Horror Attic: Bob’s video camera, Will’s mind flayer drawings, Will the wise’s hat (the only season 3 reference as this set released before it) An ideal party game, allowing for up to six players and only taking between 15-30 minutes a game. The rules are very easy, easy enough for anyone to learn, even non-board gamers. The Eggo Card Game is just one of many brilliant Stranger Things games published by Hasbro.Play as an 80's nostalgia piece or something ripped from the Upside Down as you move across Hawkins establishing forts and hideouts all the while on the hunt for Will Byers! Move around the board buying, building and trading iconic locations from the TV show such as Mike's basement, The Junkyard, Steve's Pool (poor Barb), and the Hawkins High School. The Lucas figure features a torso print depicting his iconic outfit from the early seasons, it captures the key details of the character, and the likeness to Caleb McLaughlin is acceptable. The slingshot is a nice inclusion and rounds out Lucas nicely. He features mid-legs, as do all the kids. My major gripe with this minifig has to be the choice of hair, to complete the character the designers chose to give him his bandana, but, for whatever reason, they decided to use a pre-existing piece designed for hairless heads, leaving Lucas’s hair without texture. The shady mad scientist Doctor Zero has unleashed a mutant disaster upon the civilians of Hard City. With heroic cops, evil scientists, and monstrous mutations, Hard City has all the ingredients needed for a Stranger Things experience!
