There are no bells and whistles with a lot of added tech that can confuse or intimidate you as you work toward your goals. You can customize notifications for different levels of activity; for example, if you get close to hitting 10,000 steps for the day, it will send a notification asking if you want to up your step goal.As other reviewers have said, the sleep function doesn't work but it would be pointless anyway since the counts reset to zero at midnight!
