Apologies if this is not the right place but I'm looking for some help. We have a danfoss TP5000 Si range thermostat where we have the am and pm week day and weekday times for the heating to come on. Regarding wireless etc., not sure which it is...... the thermostat and programmer is on the wall, but it doesn't seem wired as it's on the under stairs door and there's no wires coming out from behind it into the cupboard, so is that wireless? It's not bluetooth or freestanding like some. Chrono-proportional control significantly improves comfort and generally improves boiler efficiency by optimising water temperature. I have the same thermostat (DANFOSS TP5000Si) and although I've looked at the manuals available online I can't find out what I want to know. For TPOne we have redesigned the heating startup options. Standard startup is default giving instant heat at the scheduled time. New dynamic Delayed and Optimised start features are also selectable. Delayed start will pause the heating startup at the scheduled time dependant on the difference between ambient and required temperature which will decrease energy usage. Optimised start will monitor the difference between ambient and required temperature and will calculate the best time to start heating to hit setpoint at the scheduled time.When chrono-proportional mode is set, the thermostat introduces a fixed cycle rate on the system and then determines the duration of the On and Off periods within each cycle in proportion to load. This allows the upper limit of the thermostat setting range to be electronically limited. Press + until Option 30 is displayed, use V and Λ to select required setting. This enables an OFF function to be selected if a set point below the lower limit is selected. Press + until Option 32 is displayed, use V and Λ to select required setting. This allows the thermostat to be set to run in On/Off mode or for a chrono-proportional cycle rate to be selected. Press + until Option 34 is displayed, use V and Λ to select required setting.
