All the books available on Harumio are in Korean, with no English language translation, unless otherwise specified in the product description of that item. So I completed the series, overall it wasn't too bad a read for me. It wasn't deep, engaging or amazing in anyway. But it was fun to watch all of the light hearted cuddling. The story suffers from poor build up and execution but over all I think I could recommend this to someone. For the rest of the world: For most countries, we use DHL Worldwide Express or FedEx. Set in a dynasty plagued by strange, magical creatures, this is a Cinderella story unlike any you’ve ever read before. Blondina is beautiful and kind, but she wasn’t born into privilege. When her estranged father discovers that she is his daughter, he offers to move her into the royal palace—with strings attached. Her only consolation is Amon, a supernatural creature who has proved himself a faithful and trustworthy companion. Together, Blondina and Amon begin to challenge the age-old divide between humans and beasts. Blondina took the ring out of the pouch with a blank face and handed the ring to the man. Even after these many years, the ring sparkled with light. “Well, I’ll look through only this once, but don’t expect much, all right?” the man said while carelessly skimming over the ring. Instead of answering, the man continued to examine the features of her face, intrigued by her attitude. Her blond hair and her beautiful, sparkling eyes. Her gray and crystal-clear eyes reflected her upright character.Blondina is living a real-life Cinderella story. After growing up poor and enduring a difficult childhood, she discovers that she is a princess of the Ates empire. However, her estranged father and half-siblings give her the cold shoulder when she moves into the palace, and Blondina must keep a low profile. That all changes when she befriends Amon, a cat-like creature with mysterious intentions. For years, creatures like Amon and humans have struggled to live in harmony. Can Blondina and Amon’s friendship bring peace, or will it deepen the rift between their people? Characters [ ] Blondina Ryun Ates [ ] The art direction in this is not very good either, with many scenes feeling like a jerky car ride. You get random time skip scenes that are not portrayed well, then you get scenes where you can't tell if the characters are just cuddling all night long or actually doing the devils tango all night. I'm not saying things need to be explicitly shown, but other stories pan to a flower falling or something to inform the audience of what is about to or is happening. This story doesn't tell you anything.

The art is good. It looks up to standards like most historical fantasy romance webtoons. If I had one thing to complain about, it's that I sometimes don't like the way they draw the eyelashes and fingers. Blondina found herself at the top of the feudal lord’s castle. She slowly looked around the room while walking over the lavish carpet and carefully laid her body on the luxurious bed. She was still in disbelief at what was happening. Never in her life had she imagined herself sleeping in a room in a castle. While the little girl’s nose was still running with blood, the voice felt particularly harsh today. She clenched her lips and wiped her nose with her already dirty sleeves. While his eyes remained set on her, his emotionless face soon put up a smile, then laughter. “I’m Trije Ryun Haverty Ates. I’m your father, and I’m the emperor of Ates Empire,” he replied while stroking Blondina’s hair. The story goes at a turtle's pace. Definitely steady...but maybe a little too steady because I'm ready to fall asleep reading it. The plot is also rather lame. [As @ctrlist said, it's a repetitive cycle of Blondina being unreasonably forgiving to her villainous step-sister, which is why...] It's not creative, enticing, or even slightly interesting. That's probably the main issue with this manhwa. If you don't have a well-constructed plot, your characters will not be able to developproperly because the story puts constraints on them.The questionably named Blondina is an 11-year-old girl who’s been abused and beaten, living as the mere property of a commoner since her mother’s passing. Afraid for her life, Blondina escapes and attempts to pawn her only worldly possession—a ring her mother left her, the only connection she has to her absentee father. Tears started to well up in her eyes when she finally caught her breath, but she kept the tears from dropping. This is nothing. I’ve gone through worse. She softly touched the ring in the pouch as she clenched her trembling lips tight. She knew it was the only legacy left by her mother, and she had promised to protect it until the very end. Looking at their spotless skin and imposing posture, she knew they weren’t just ordinary people. Their beauty was incomparable to an average man, and they were entering the room in an organized manner as if they were trained to do so.

The cultural differences are hinted at from time to time, but are never really explored which would have been interesting to see the couple trying to adapt to each others cultures and the awkwardness of it all. Instead everything remains surface based and we don't really learn much about the sacred beast. Some beast appeared without stones in their foreheads, are they sacred, can they talk? Some wolves appeared too, are they sacred as well? No idea. The ML, Amon, is a bit possessive. However, I enjoyed reading their conversations and watching them grow their friendship gradually over 19 chapters before getting to the romance part.

Two days ago, the owner who left her alone in the store returned shortly, accompanied by the feudal lord. That was how Blondina was taken to the castle, where she had been staying for several days now, still not knowing why she was brought there.

He gets easily jealous and wants her whole attention. In this first volume, they're small and Briddy is like 11 and Amon is 9. But it seems there's gonna be a time skip in the next volume and they're gonna age (she is gonna be 20 and he's gonna be 18 I think!) which it's exciting because ahhhh I love time skips. Fortunately, the storytelling is much better done in the novel, with the plot points better fleshed out and explained without feeling like an exposition dump. I suppose it's just the difference you'd typically expect from a novel's adaptation. The man elegantly raised his hand and gestured to his servant, who handed him a candle. With the candle in one hand and the other holding Blondina’s chin, he examined her face closely as if he was observing an intriguing object.Blondina felt her heart flutter. She couldn’t stop feeling guilty for breaking her last promise to her mother. With the ring in her hand, Blondina turned toward the window in her room and watched the sun slowly set into the horizon. The fields outside turned orange as the sky darkened. Caught by such incredible scenery, she slowly drifted away to daydreaming.
