Originally, 20 potato varieties were whittled down to just a few, which the farm varies throughout the harvest to match seasonality. Made in small batches for quality from scrumptious Cornish potatoes, Aval Dor vodka is forty-times distilled and blended with mineral water for the perfect finish. Dowr is a bright and smooth vodka, which has been gently double distilled from the copper pot still in small batches.

Distilled in a tiny copper batch still and blended with mineral water lifted from an aquifer deep beneath the farm, to create a smooth and creamy vodka.Our delicious Cornish vodka has won the prestigious platinum medal in the San Francisco World Spirits Competition – the first British vodka ever to have achieved such success! Driven by a desire to make the perfect vodka for espresso martini, Colwith Farm Distillery's Head Distiller was inspired to infuse Fairtrade Organic Bourbon Vanilla pods with our award winning potato vodka.
