Calli’s “boyfriend” in the beginning? Uh. What? If neither of you feel like talking to the other person for two months…how the hell do you justify feeling any kind of bad feelings? And why the hell did he call her in the middle of the book? There was literally no point to that at all. If you’re looking for a steamy, trope-driven romance read, look no further than Ana Huang’s four-book Twisted series.
