I have an engineer coming out on the 28th to fix the box - I wasn't told of any charges, nor did I question this as I expected them to fix this free of charge - I presume the cabling and junction box are both their property - I made that assumption. I suppose if it interrupts their service (or anticipate it to) then I imagine they would need to rectify it. Thanks for the private message. No problems at all - VM provided the splitter and fitted the connectors to the cable, I just ran the cable in advance and left the ends bare for them to connect up. I have used high quality foam insulated coax - we use loads of this cable for distributed Sky networks without any trouble.
