Have used Nature's Menu for several years and always thought they were the best but have been recently disappointed with changes to recipes, available products and quality. Banquet is now full of rice - no longer grain free. Tripe Chunks, Fish Chunks and Fruit and Veg mixer have all been discontinued. Lamb complete defrosts in a pool of water which must make up a large proportion of it's weight. It's all going downhill rapidly and if you dare to phone up and complain, then the haughty and patronising 'advisers' are rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. Such a shame. You can feel good about feeding these delicious raw nuggets to your pup because they don't use any artificial colours or preservatives either! They use only the best ingredients in their products so your pup gets everything they need for an amazing life ahead of them! And don't forget about their bone-free formula - no bones here either!Am I being cynical here and Natures Menu have done this and expect me to buy the 80/20 range which is of course more expensive!
