The great thing about thermal curtains is they not only help keep your home warm but they can help keep your home cool as well. You can use an awning to shade one window or have an awning custom-made to shade the entire side of your house. If draughts are particularly bad, consider attaching the curtain to the wall with velcro or double-sided tape.
