What I Love About the Naturehike Cloud Up 2The materials used to make the FlyCreek tent are definitely of a better quality than those of the CloudUp 2. However, according to what people are saying online, the difference is really negligible (again, I personally haven’t tried out the FlyCreek). Weather Conditions:High humidity, low temperatures, and rainy conditions create the most condensation. My older version is semi-freestanding. After the structure is erect it can be moved around easily like a freestanding, but the rear corners need pegging out else the inside tail of the tents sags. The current version is fully freestanding.

The floor space would be better for an adult and a child at the most, especially as there is one vestibule to store your kit. You can get an upgraded version with a second vent, which I highly recommend you do. It will be worth it in the long run because you won’t end up having to buy a better-ventilated tent as you progress in your camping journey.
With a waterproof coating of up to 3000mm, the Cloud Up 2 is slightly less water-resistant than the Cloud Up 1. That said, 3000mm is more than enough for most camping conditions, especially if you correctly pitch out the guy lines to prevent moisture from transferring to the inner tent. Waterproof performance: waterproof performance itself depends on the tent surface silicon coating, and fabric material has nothing to do with. naturehike tent in the production of general requirements: 210T, 15D waterproof performance is roughly 2000-3000mm; 20D waterproof performance is roughly 3000-4000mm, slightly better and 210T material.The upgraded version has fixed many small issues with the first version, making this a really comfortable and reliable tent. I’d absolutely recommend it for two people, and you’ll have enough space to bring along your dog, too. The tent has a stated weight of 1.2kg / 2lb 10oz. for the 1-man. A footprint is included the rainfly can directly attach into, without the need for the inner tent. This gives the option of a well-ventilated / cool structure. One can use this method to erect outer-first and clip the inner during rain but I have felt this was more effort that it is worth—I pitch in the rain and mop-up afterwards. It comes in a 210T Polyester or 20D Nylon. The nylon option can be a little bit lighter, but it stretches and sags when wet. The polyester will hold the shape better during rain and is said to be a little less waterproof.
