It has a good blend of whey isolate, amino acids, Creatine and digestive enzymes, making it an excellent option for those who want a convenient “all-in-one” protein powder. Unlike others who have reviewed, I don't have any issues with clumpiness after shaking for a short period of time (I use a Blender Bottle). Due to it’s popularity, I’d assume most supplement stores will sell this powder, so if you live close to one they should be able to help you out.
