I find the size just right to carry a bottle of water and a light rain jacket as well as other bit's I might need like first aid kits etc and with it's padded back system it's really comfortable and it's great quality.Padded back flow system - sits well across the back to provide lasting carrying comfort throughout the day. Wouldn't it be better for the notice to say, "we're having difficulty with your card; please wait" or something like that.
