The designer tried to find a band that would agree to adopt Eddie as their mascot for almost a year and a half until Maiden asked to meet him. The album Piece of Mind was released in 1983 giving us a withered lobotomized Eddie and Funko has given us a great version in this Iron Maiden wave 1 Pop.
