Richard John Charles Tomlinson [3] (born 13 January 1963) is a New Zealand-born British former Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) officer. He had suggested that MI6 was monitoring Diana before her death and that "he knew for a fact" that [9]her driver on the night she died, Henri Paul, was an MI6 informant. Another test, backed by the opponents of the official findings, showed Paul had a carbon monoxide haemoglobin saturation of 20.
