Happinose Balm is a soothing nasal decongestant balm with levomenthol and natural essential oils for the symptomatic relief of nasal congestion associated with the common cold, catarrh, head colds and hayfever.

Stop using this product and tell your doctor or pharmacist if any side effect gets serious, or if you notice any other side effect not mentioned in this leaflet. When inhaled, the levomenthol produces a cooling sensation in the nasalpassages, helping to relieve the symptoms of congestion. The lubricatingointment base also helps to soothe irritated skin around the nose. 2. BEFORE YOU USE HAPPINOSELevomenthol 0.3% w/w, Eucalyptol, Geranium Oil, White Soft Paraffin, Light Liquid Paraffin as an ointment. If desired, Happinose Balm may also be rubbed onto the lips, nose, throat, chest and between the shoulders to help relieve congestion. The other ingredients are cineole (eucalyptol), geranium oil, white soft paraffin, and light liquid paraffin.

Please note that parcels weighing over 2kg may be sent via courier due to Royal Mail weight restrictions. For adults: blow the nose before application. Carefully apply up to 1cm of Happinose Balm inside each nostril using the little finger and inhale through the nose.
