Carene (also known as Delta-3 carene) is a terpene found in rosemary, lemons, pines, and cedars, offering citrusy and cypress aroma. Studies on mice showed that carene provides anti-inflammatory effects, as well as promotes bone health and chronic pain relief. We’re excited to announce we have taken on the UK marketing and distribution of Melonade, the artisan Provençale fruit aperitif. Part of the Ælred Spirits range, Melonade is crafted from select melons grown in the Provence town of Cavaillon and blended in an abbey in the South of France. They still use the same distillation process first developed by French monks.
