JerCes — not much going on there tbh buttttt it has a lot of potential to be interesting. I’m ready to be surprised by their book 🤞🤞 The writing style for this books just felt so fresh and flowed so well, I was completely enraptured.
Being known as a psycho was something Killian was proud of. His mind worked differently. He always liked hunting. There was just something so amazing about watching your prey suffer after that long chase. That is until he stumbled upon the best prey ever at the cliff. Glyndon might just be the prettiest prey he ever had. She was everything he wanted and everything he wanted to break as well. His little bunny liked to run and he liked to chase. She said she hated him but he knew better. If only she knew the real reasons he had for chasing her. The Anti-Hero: Killian Carson - he is American and son to Asher Carson and Reina Ellis. Killian is a true Psychopath in every way. He is a fourth year med student despite only being 19 and an amateur photographer, he likes to take pictures of very dark subject matter. Glyndon has caught his eye and once he is focused on something, he doesn’t let up. Since I'm such a ray of sunshine exuding cheerful energy today, lemme finish this on a positive note: honestly none of this is remotely "romantic". i felt genuinely disgusted reading it and had to take breaks to collect myself. it was not dark romance or some kind of smutty read, it's glorified and romanticized r*pe. every scene in which the mc got closer to each other seemed forced to mekillian displayed it all from cutting up animals as a young child to fantasizing about murdering anyone that breathes near him 💅🏽 Killian and Glyndon are the openers lmao and I absolutely loved them sometimes, I want to stop hiding from everyone, myself included. oftentimes, however, it gets too hard and it’s impossible to breathe properly. But the continuation of the horsemen children with the reaction of their parents makes Rina Kent-san books interesting. And most of all, At least she created this books. Not writing her stories similar to other writer.I found a Netflix hits movie the Male leading role is very,very, very similar to Rina Kent-san book
Glyndon King is an art student, a sketcher and dabbler in contemporary impressionism attending the Royal Elite University. Nineteen year old Killian Carson is a fourth year med student at their opposing university the King's U. killian exhibited all the signs but tell me why i still didn't believe in it 🤣😭 there must be something wrong in my brain for me to actually think killian is the most softest and tamest psycho i have ever read about... don't go through my dark and dirty bookshelf you'll think i'm insane. It's not the first time that I've noticed that RK makes her characters assume opulently a robe of exalted passions and exceptional emotions for the sake of drama and angst. I'd be more annoyed if it weren't so unintentionally funny. That's why, having clowned her wannabe poetry from the top to the bottom, I digress.I can't wait to read about the rest of the characters and I really hope that Nikolai/Brandon and Jeremy/ Cecily will be next. The card game Chaos Marauders published in 1987 featured the "Claws of Malal" card. The unit represented in the game by this card was a warband of Beastmen eager to fight, preferably against followers of the other Chaos Gods. This book is told in multiple points of view, mainly in Glyndon’s, but there are plenty of chapters in Killian’s point of view as well. I love seeing into the mind of the anti-hero, so we can really get an idea of what they are thinking. We can see the obsession first hand. It is fun to watch as the hardened emotionless guy struggles to figure out why he is so interested in a particular female. The Legacy of Gods series is a new world that brings us the children from the Royal Elite and Mafia World villain’s and their queens. Characters we’ve already fallen in love with, or for some readers they may never have met, either way, this world is brand new and the perfect place to meet brand new characters who are unapologetic for who they are and a place for us to fall in love with all the dark romance that their actions take us on. It’s a wild ride and one I’m still in complete awe over even hours after finishing the book. I have a feeling this entire series is going to involve lots of book hangovers.
