About this deal

At CoirProducts, our aim is to promote peat-free, eco-friendly, sustainable products for your gardening and growing. Our coir potting mix has a neutral pH, averaging between 5.7 and 6.5. This encourages healthy root systems and prevents soil acidification. Coir also has good aeration and water drainage, to prevent over-watering and plant flooding. As a multi-purpose product, CoirProducts coir potting mix also makes an ideal animal bedding for reptiles. You can usually find it in good health food shops, right by the coconut milk. It’s also often available in supermarkets. In a supermarket, you can usually find it in the aisle where coconut milk is found or the world food aisle. Coconut butter is created in the same way that creamed coconut is by grinding down mature coconut flesh until a creamy butter is created. It solidifies at normal room temperature, in exactly the same way that creamed coconut does and melts when it gets warm. This means that you can use coconut butter in exactly the same way as creamed coconut. And this is the one I tend to buy when I am in the UK. This (or similar versions) are easily available in good health food shops or supermarkets. You can also buy it online via this link here: Creamed coconut in your recipes will transform your culinary experience. What actually is Creamed Coconut (versus coconut cream & coconut butter)?

Water. Room temperature is best. Cold water will harden the coconut oil and mess with the consistency. The ideal amount of meat (without bones) is around 100-125 grams per person but don't worry if you have less. The curry sauce and butter beans will add more volume to the dish. Curry powder This coconut frosting is 100% vegan, meaning it is dairy-free and egg-free. It is also naturally gluten-free, soy-free, and nut-free (coconut is not generally lumped in with classic nuts such as peanuts, cashews, almonds, etc.). Desiccated coconut is the dried and finely grated flesh of the coconut. Usually unsweetened, although the coconut meat still retains a hint of natural sweetness when dried. Coconut flakes are a larger cut of the coconut flesh, also dried. Use for baking (sweet and savoury), for decoration or add to granola or trail mix. Also look out for… If you use tinned coconut milk instead, the curry will be thinner and lighter but very tasty too. Fresh Aromatic Vegetable

Solid at room temperature, you can buy coconut oil in two forms: the raw, virgin kind that has a rich coconut flavour, or a refined version that isn’t raw but also doesn’t have any coconut flavour to speak of. Use for roasting and baking, in place of other cooking oils. Great in raw treats and puddings too, helping ingredients to set and bind. CoirProducts coir potting mix (also known as coco peat or coir compost), made from the dust and fibres of the coconut husk, is a 100% natural, biodegradable, and eco-friendly peat-free growing medium. The ideal alternative to peat-based products for all varieties of plants and crops, CoirProducts coir potting mix ( also known as coir compost/Coco peat) helps your plants grow in the most environmentally sustainable way. As a multi-purpose product, it can be used in nurseries, gardens, allotments, greenhouses, lawns, and patios, to name a few locations. CoirProducts coir potting mix is:

Cookie Preference Centre

The first option contains chopped tomatoes in tomato juice and the second has whole plum tomatoes in the tin. I'm not going to tell you which one is better. Both are ok to use. We mostly cook with tinned plum tomatoes as we believe that they are often better quality. Creamed Coconut A super easy soup recipe with very few ingredients. Roasting the squash brings a wonderful depth of flavour to this, whilst the creamed coconut brings it all to a whole new level of deliciousness. You can use creamed coconut to make coconut cream and coconut milk. You just dissolve the creamed coconut in the right amount of hot water. Powdered sugar. Be sure to use vegan powdered sugar, since regular powdered sugar is processed with bone char, and could be bleached.

Traditionally, you make coconut milk by grating or shredding mature coconut meat and then squeezing it through a cheesecloth. In a factory, however, the coconut flesh is blanched in hot water, making it easier to shred. The coconut is then shredded. More water is added to the coconut before being squeezed out with a press to create what we know as coconut milk. The white flesh of the coconut is made into a pulp and then dried and sieved to produce dried desiccated coconut.
