The Premium air bed inflated in less than 3 minutes and is incredibly comfy. It's a good height too (56cm). I can highly recommend Active Era and their Customer Service. Excellent customer service from a friendly woman named Karen. Had a puncture in my air bed and my issue was dealt with swiftly. Responses were unusually prompt, communication was clear for what information they needed from me and what solution they could offer. A new bed arrived in just a few days. Couldn't be happier. Single Size: Perfect for an individual to enjoy a restful night's sleep, this single air bed provides maximum comfort whether camping or moving house.The service was incredible. You know when a company is good when something goes wrong and how they handle to put it right. It was fast, easy, and effective. Jordan on the customer service side really helped. From marketing , to great customer service through to an extra ordinary comfortable nights sleep, these guys have it nailed. The innovative pump which actually works time and time again is one element of this fantastic product which sets it out from the rest. Concerning the product, it looks fine overall - only the raised pillow is proving to be more of an annoyance than a plus.

Last weekend there was a small issue with it I was looking to resolve and willing to cover costs. Ended up with a new tent! I was dealing with Mario and he could not of been better! I am so sorry that your Air Bed keeps leaking Air and I understand your disappointment.
