Having luggage with multi-directional wheels for us is an absolute must. It makes pulling or pushing your luggage along substantially easier.The exterior hard-shell is made from “aerospace-grade Germany Makrolon® Polycarbonate”. Admittedly, I don’t know what exactly this means. However, what I can tell you is that it is tough and I’m confident that it will keep our stuff safe! All Level8 products are tested before being sold to the public to ensure that they meet stringent standards. This is why Level8 offers the lifetime guarantee, though do note that they only cover manufacturing defects. They don’t cover damage caused by neglect, misuse, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, transport damage, or normal wear and tear.
