About this deal

The card works perfectly with VMware ESXi PCI passthrough when passing it through to a virtualized VM. Although M.2 is commonly referred to as aninterface, that's not the whole story. M.2 is also ashapeorphysical form factor, and governs the keying that lets a drive fit onto a motherboard.
