I thought Melody Suzie sent me a used nail lamp because it had a protective cover on it, which made it look scratched, so I let MS know. They told me they don’t send used products and that it wasn’t scratched and that it was the plastic protective cover, but I tried taking the cover off and I couldn’t get it off, so I thought it was used, so MS sent me a replacement lamp at no charge. As I was cleaning the lamp I realized that it did actually have a protective cover, so I asked MS to send me a bill for the replacement lamp and they said they would not charge me for the replacement lamp.
