L’idea del progetto è nata per contrastare questo falso ideale di bellezza patinata che ci viene imposto dai media, dove tutti devono essere alti, magri, con la pelle perfetta, gli addominali scolpiti, il seno grosso e sodo e così via… Oggi intervistiamo due persone in un colpo solo, Alessandro Viganò e Matteo Scarpellini aka ALMAPHOTOS. TK: What was your most memorable moment shooting the REALITY PROJECT?
AP: The first shooting was Amazing.
It was like “the first time” for everybody. But we ended up very relaxed and the shooting went very smooth.
I remember a few shootings after when a girl went to another room to take her clothes off. Un progetto fotografico di ampio respiro ideato e realizzato, ma ancora non compiuto, di due giovani fotografi, Alessandro Viganò e Matteo Scarpellini, in arte AlmaPhotos, che hanno creato sul Web un sito dedicato a cui le aspiranti modelle e gli aspiranti modelli, donne e uomini comuni, s’iscrivono e fanno richiesta di essere fotografati a casa propria nudi o seminudi, ma nel modo più naturale possibile. In alcuni casi sono persino cercati, come il segno di una sedia lasciato sulla pelle nuda, citazione omaggio al grande Gabriele Basilico. RP: Sì, tanto più che noi ci auto produciamo e raggiungere set lontani è un problema. Perché noi andiamo a scattare nelle case delle persone e anche se utilizziamo supporti digitali e non ricorriamo né a luci artificiali, né facciamo interventi di post-produzione, esclusa la correzione del colore, raggiungere un abitazione da Milano in Sicilia o in sardegna o addirittura negli Stati Uniti è costoso.

TK:We mostly see women so far in this project.. Why?
AP: The project is 100% volunteer, so we can not put a filter on who signs up. Men, however, seem a lot more shy than women.
If we think in percentages, men candidates are less than 5%. Ultimately, it was thanks to word-of-mouth that Odette’s project finally gathered steam. The initial shoots for the series that was to become ‘Belles Mômes’(Beautiful Girls ) took place in a studio where Odette had previously worked as a life model. I colori sono naturali e il corpo è nudo, così com’è, senza inganno alcuno.
