While Flynn's story is obviously tragic and broke my heart it felt forced or maybe to much to believe.There was no, at least to me, any character deviations from what I would have expected based on the way that they were introduced. I found myself hurrying through the pages because I had to know how it was all going to come together in the end. Yet, I loved the plot and felt that the actions of the characters were suiting to the plot and they were consistent. When Flynn awakens and confronts Roxanne about a letter he wrote that Mia obviously knows nothing about, everything begins to unravel. He smiled his boyish, amused grin, and I turned up my anger a notch, hoping it would cover my unease.
