Our Pizza Ovens are delivered in a pallet crate (1.2m³) which creates full protection for the oven. The appearance of willow screening can vary, and some may prefer its more textured and uneven look. Extremely durable, this quality screen is made from double sided woven synthetic rattan and is resistant to frost, moisture, soiling and UV rays. It can be used inside or out, throughout the year.
If you're looking to enhance the visual appeal of your garden while adding a touch of style, any of the natural screeningoptions (reed, bamboo, or willow) can work well. Choose the one that best compliments your garden's overall aesthetic. You could also look at artificial screeningfor a more tropical style and year round colour. The cost of different screening materials can vary. Reed screens are often more affordable, while bamboo and willow screens might be a bit pricier. It is guaranteed against damage in transit so if there is any sign of damage at all, please record this on the drivers paperwork, making it clear to the driver. In this situation, you must obtain a countersignature from the driver on the copy of the delivery note. When notification of any damage is received at this office, we will then arrange an immediate spare part or replacement. Just cut the rattan to the desired size – the weft and warp are sealed so it will not fray. Easy to fit, you can install the screening using staples or cable ties, as appropriate. It is important that you have a hard, level surface for a successful delivery. If the delivery cannot be made, a charge may be levied for a failed delivery. He/she will use a hydraulic hand trolley to move your item and place it as close to the final destination as possible. The trolley has small wheels and is unable to operate on soft surfaces such as grass, gravel, cobbles or over steps.
Regrettably, we are unable to provide you with a time slot. Deliveries are usually made between 9am and 5pm on the scheduled day. We will ask the driver to call you when he is an hour away, however this is not guaranteed and is down to the driver. If there is no-one available to accept delivery, the goods will be returned to the local distribution centre and an additional re-delivery charge will be incurred. If you're primarily concerned with creating a windbreak or providing shade, bamboo and willow screens with their denser construction can help. These materials can reduce the impact of strong winds and offer partial shade. If you're seeking a temporary solution for an event or a season, reed or bamboo screens might be more suitable due to their lighter weight and easier installation.All other BBQs and Heavy products are delivered using a Euro pallet and the Dimensions are 120cm long and 80cm wide.
We regret that deliveries are what are known as kerbside deliveries. The driver is not insured to park his vehicle on your drive and may only do so at his own discretion.
