Many enthusiastic users have given us feedback and provided many good suggestions to help the products continuing optimization. If I disconnected the Harmony and all we had was the Sofabaton, she would be able to navigate it all. I don’t see a way to select the various inputs that wouldn’t confuse anyone but me, let alone control a second zone or control audio modes .

If we (as users) hadn’t worked with Harmony and stuck with them, they would have folded a long time ago. I have an OLED, Projector, motorised screen, AVR and numerous sources including Nvidia Shield, Virgin Media box, UHD Blu Ray player. I do still use the Harmony Hub to control my lighting with my voice, but I use my Sofabaton for my actual gear.So if you need something more than the Sofabaton U1, but don’t want something as expensive as Control4, then the Sofabaton X1 is the best choice.

Instead, what you need to do is set the Fix screen to whatever state the offending device is actually in. The app will quickly find the model, download the database, and sync it to the Sofabaton X1 remote control. Some remote manufactuers with very well maintained code databases already have the toggle commands built in when you select those specific models of cable boxes. Updates are terribly delayed… One was just published this week, but Sofabaton has been promising “next week” for most of June.
