We like to keep an 8-inch cake pan on hand along with some smaller pans so that we can do a variety of meals in the Ninja Speedi. What can you make in the Ninja Speedi? The main difference between the Ninja Speedi and the Ninja Foodi is that the Ninja Foodi has a pressure cooker function, which the Ninja Speedi does not. Any baking pans can be used in the Ninja Speedi that would normally be used in the oven as long as they fit the Ninja Speedi.
I bought this book because I got a Ninja Speedi that I am not that super familiar to use. I was afraid to use it at first but this book has so many good recipes that will make you enjoy more of your Ninja Foodi. You will realize that there are many recipes you can make in the Ninja. I am very particular with the handy cooking time charts included in this book. The only thing was I was disappointed that the delivery time tend to be a little longer than I was expecting. Also another hint from fellow speedi owners is to be careful of how much salt you use because too much salt can really bring you health problems. This is what this cookbook is all about. It allows you to maximize your Ninja speedi very well without any issues. For instance, one of my personal favorites is this Ninja Foodi Pumpkin Bread, it can easily be made in the Ninja Speedi with the Bake Function just as it was in the Ninja Foodi.
