The Eurovision Song Contest 2023 was the 67th edition of the contest. It took place in the Liverpool Arena in the United Kingdom on behalf of Ukraine, who won the 2022 contest held in Turin with the song “Stefania” performed by Kalush Orchestra. Ukraine was unable to host due to the ongoing war, so the hosting responsibilities were transferred by the EBU to last year’s runners-up, the United Kingdom.
