I hoped this pen would keep me (literally) in line and end the madness but it looks, feels and acts like a felt marker that's been left uncapped for a day or two. I've tried everything to get it flowing but it's dry, dry, dry.

Palladio Lip Stain creates kissable lips with color that lasts all day. This lip stain features a comfortable felt-tip applicator designed to make lining and filling in your lips easy. After moisturizing face, blend either face putty, eyeshadow primer or liquid concealer around lips (including lip line) If your lips are dry add a thin coat of balm and make a mental note to use larger quantities of preshower treatment next time.

If you want to use this lip stain as it was originally intended, you can apply it all over your lips, using the pointy felt tip to shape the outer portion of your lips. The brand recommends applying it to clean, oil- and product-free lips for best results, then topping with a clear lip product like balm or gloss. Using the precise chisel tip, apply one coat for a light touch of color. For darker look add more and build a bolder looking lip. Two weeks before my wedding, I enlisted my go-to Botox injector to freeze my "11" lines and indulge in a lip flip.
