Where delivery isn't possible, the products will be taken to the courier’s depot / sorting office and you will receive a notice explaining how to retrieve your products in accordance with the carrier/courier’s policy. We aim to have your products delivered to you within seven (7) working days after despatch. Saturday delivery may be possible, but this varies by country. A signature may be required upon delivery.
