The Gas2Coal Hybrid Grill differs from most similar offerings in one important respect: The gas and charcoal chambers are one and the same. While many hybrids place a gas grill and a charcoal chamber side by side, this unit is comprised of a single chamber, which can be used for either grilling style. All that needs to be done is to simply light the lumpwood charcoal or briquettes with the gas burners, with no lighter fluid being required, in the patented charcoal tray to ensure uniform heat and minimise flare-ups.
