A: It's probably caused by your antivirus. Add the converter files to your antivirus' exclusion list. If you don't know how to, completely disable the antivirus. If this doesn't help, upload your save and log.txt to this thread, specifying your active antivirus.
I’m talking about future use. I know that when I save a file in an open format I can open them in 10 years, in 20 years, in 30… You may think your stuff will be such old news by then that you won’t care but you will. Even if it is only old dude(ette) nostalgia some day you are going to want to open it. For example… I have a floppy which is compressed using Windows 95 ‘Double Space’ or whatever they called it and contains papers I wrote for school. The older ones were written in an old DOS word processor I forgot the name of, the newer ones in Word Perfect. A lot of fun it will be opening those!
If you want to say Eagle farewell because of subscription based licensing or other reasons then converting your existing projects to KiCad is also a very usable option.
As for other mods, unless they change the map or how cultures, religions or flags work, you can probably use them. The Portable Document Format (PDF) is a universal file format that comprises characteristics of both text documents and graphic images which makes it one of the most commonly used file types today. The reason PDF is so widely popular is that it can preserve original document formatting. PDF files always look identical on any device or operating system. Most people head right to Adobe Acrobat Reader when they need to open a PDF. Adobe created the PDF standard and its program is certainly the most popular free PDF reader out there. It's completely fine to use, but I find it to be a somewhat bloated program with lots of features that you may never need or want to use. A: Use the guide in after_converting.txt in the converter subdirectory. Scan through configurables/ folder and look into the myriad of configuration files - a great majority of these files is intended to be modified by users to achieve The author of that project had made it in eagle, but in one of his project blogs he mentioned he was interested in KiCad. I thought it was a good Idea to get a bit of hands-on experience with importing an eagle project in KiCad, so I made him an offer to port the project and he accepted.This method applies to both planes and tanks. An even more easy thing to remember is that you gain 45 RP for every 1 GE you spend. NOTE: Always remember you will need free convertible RP to do this. KiCad V6 was expected early this year, somewhere around February, and it's being ... delayed a bit. At the moment it's becoming unsure if the Release Candidate for KiCad V6 will be released this year, and the official release of KiCad V6 will probably be a few months later. Both a hugely capable sports car and long range continental tourer, inspired by the design genius of Malcolm Sayer.KiCad-nightly V5.99 is quite far developed, but still about 7 issues per day are being fixed. If you're adventurous, or curious, then I'd say give it a try. If your conservative or your bread and butter depends on it, then using it for "serious" work is not such a good idea and you'd probably better wait for KiCad V6.
It sure does look ugly, but you have a working conversion (Both schematic and PCB) in just a few minutes. An EAGLE library ( *.lbr) is imported as Altium Designer Schematic ( *.SchLib) and PCB ( *.PcbLib) library documents. In addition, an integrated Library ( *.IntLib) is compiled based on these source libraries. For example: Lets say you want to boost the research of the M4A1 Sherman tank. You have 4000 RP into it, but need 10,000 more. If you want to use GE to boost it, but don't know how much you will need, you can calculate it in this way: Transim Technology has the right to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Application at any time. 6. EquipmentThe differences between KiCad V5.1.x and KiCad-nightly V5.99 (which will become V6) are quite significant. Starting now with KiCad V5 would seem illogical.
