In warm conditions the Liquid DPM can be touch dry and recoatable in just one hour. In colder damper conditions this can be longer. Can you screed over Liquid DPM? Sika SikaBond Rapid DPM (Damp Proof Membrane) Liquid is a rapid drying, single part moisture curing polyurethane. SikaBond Rapid DPM is used for the priming and sealing of absorbent and non absorbent subfloors, the consolidating of weak cement screed and isolation of old adhesive residues. SikaBond Rapid DPM can be used as a Damp Proof membrane on subfloors not under hydrostatic pressure, and can be used over underfloor heating. SikaBond Rapid DPM is compatible with all SikaBond Wood Floor Adhesives and is especially suited to be used for refurbishment projects where old adhesive residue is present.
