teknium_ You're right, quests don't scale. In your journal, each quest will have a recommended level next to it, and the numbers are colour coordinated, too. So a grey recommended level should be a walk in the park, while a red one is going to be harder. Then, a one with a skull indicates that it's probably way too difficult at your current level.
