About this deal

I personally enjoyed the story development, how two broken and dark people found something in each other. I just wish that the length of the book would be a bit shorter than 600 pages since it felt like it was so dragged on that some parts of it are just not necessary imo. I saw you lave Yates' room," she says, averting her gaze, staring off into the distance as if she's lost in her memories.

but the slight bit of mystery 🕵️‍♂️ involved with Summer's backstory was an aspect I really enjoyed, and it kept me interested. firstly we have yates the creepy rapist, then we have Elliot, Whit's ex-friend who literally tries to beat summer up, then we have the headteacher who is also a perverted creep, and then Bryan a guy who doesn't understand the word no (Summer was only using him to make Whit jealous poor thing) and then Whit's own dad who couldn't stop saying disgusting things about Summer, wanting to do the daughter since he already had her mom euw. but after the whole fiasco where Whit's mother, Sylvia Lancaster, blackmails Summer into leaving the Lancaster household where she was visiting for Thanksgiving, the dynamic changes. I am always a sucker for dark hero who needs to be redeemed and I just knew I would fall for Whit somehow.Once there’s a lull in foot traffic, I dart out and make my way to my room, pressing flat against the door when a group of senior girls walk past me. Contains a middle school English teacher who never makes the same mistake twice, and a hunky construction worker who understands every possible definition of the word nailed.

What he refuses to understand is I'm a Girl of Greyson, a coveted queen of sorts in the underground crime world. but while reading the very long conclusion to this story, I slowly found a way to describe their relationship.

From USA Today bestselling author Rina Kent comes a new STANDALONE enemies-to-lovers college romance. I may have DNFed it at the 53% mark but I will still count it to my reading goal because it took up almost an hour of my time, where I could’ve done anything but read this book, therefore I more than deserve to add it.
