Each pond pump and filter combination boasts a powerful integrated pump that pumps water around your pond increasing oxygen levels. A UV bulb eradicates problem algae and clumps it together ready for removal, removing problem green water.

Incorrect Deliveries, including wrong items and shortages should be notified to us within 24 hours of delivery to advise the exact inconsistencies.Customers residing outside of the UK that have an item repaired or replaced under guarantee will be liable for the postage cost that would exceed the cost in the UK. Items that are perishable also cannot be returned. This includes, fish food, pond and aquarium treatments etc, if the seals have been broken. Once the water is through the first foam, depending on the model you have bought (In the below picture I am showing the EasyClear 6000) there will be stones. The primary purpose of these is to act as a buoyancy aid for the unit, but they will also add surface area in which bacteria will cultivate. As well as this, the stones have the added benefit of trapping any solids. So it really is up to you if you want to rinse them out while cleaning the system. All our electrical products carry a 12 month guarantee or longer if specified by the manufacturer. Products that carry a manufacturer’s guarantee can be returned, if faulty, to us for repair or exchange as necessary during the guarantee period.
