Now with a huge line of products, Spirit of Harrogate is best known for its fantastic, flavoured Gins. In an old barn, converted for the purpose, we have spent countless hours adapting our family recipe to new flavours and concoctions, made using the finest ingredients sourced from far and wide. Drain the liqueur through muslin after six months and freeze the discarded fruit to pep up dishes at a later date. Freezing is certaily big help and it means one can harvest the gooseberries as they come to harvest condition.My loganberries have really struggled with the weather and I have frozen only just about a 1/2 litre for use later.
