Leave tub several hours after adding a chemical to have change to circulate before testing and adding more. Please leave your tub a full 24/48 hours once chemicals are added before you use your tub, once you have used the tub you will need to add more chemicals as the levels would have dropped in the chlorine. Excellent service from start to finish.. Special thanks to Matt and Aaron who delivered and set up the hot tub in awful weather conditions !! Nothing was to much trouble they explained everything to me and showed my how to work the control panel and use of chemicals.Said don't hesitate to message or ring if any problems or queries I have .They left everywhere spotless .Excellent job guys Though dripping in history, everything at this iconic property’s spa is modern, airy and effortlessly luxe. Test Alkalinity first and get that up to balance TA – increaser will help this one. Make sure levels are ok before adding any other chemicals. Cloudy water is PH balance not level to correct either increase or decrease and leave several hours until tested again to let the chemicals circulate round the tub.
Customer service said they can send me some parts what I don’t need. The issue is that the glass is broken and leaking. They won’t replace so I lost cost of bath / fitting bath/2 time’s fixing and material /2 times flooded bathroom and they don’t give a s.. I wanted to add to my review from July 2021. We had a couple of technical issues, that quite frankly were very awkward. They weren't Miami Spa's fault, or responsibility really, but Tim Scott (and no, he's not a relation!!) from Miami Spa's went out of his way and made sure that the problem was fixed and most impressively, made sure that his customer was looked after. 100% top marks yet again!! Great company!!! Test your tub daily until you get the hang of a routine when you will need to add certain chemicals. Couldn’t work out how to empty the hot tub (didn’t pull the nozzle out 🙄). Within 5 minutes of messaging via Facebook we had a video of a empty hot tub being emptied sent and details of how from Cameron. All sorted within a matter of minutes and the tubs now emptying. Fantastic service Would give this company 10 stars if I could. Outstanding customer service from start to finish. Always happy to answer questions (we did have a few). Rob at the Derby showroom was brilliant, so friendly and helpful. Spoke to quite a few staff and all excellent. Had the hot tub installed and chaps were very good in offering advice about positioning of the hot tub, gave lots of advice about chemicals and clear instructions on how to work the hot tub. I really cannot praise this company enough and have never met such a friendly company. Customer service exactly the way it should be which I find rare nowadays. Highly recommend Miami Spas.Leave it to Ian Schrager to design a spa that feels both sacred and sexy. The Spa at the Miami Beach EDITION offers a wealth of opulent offerings like 24K nail and body scrubs, CBD skin treatments and customized facials with vitamin C and collagen. It punches above its weight and absolutely nothing has gone wrong with it. You indeed have to to a high standard of maintenance, but it’s easy. I would recommend this model great value.

Tub came on time and the two lads who fitted it were brilliant. Can’t fault the service. There was a slight broken slat on the outside of tub but a replacement arrived soon after. Thank you To clean the pool, we would recommend using diluted washing up liquid as this is a non-abrasive cleaner
To help locate punctures we recommend using washing up liquid diluted in water, by wetting the spa liner surface escaping air should produce some visible bubbles.
